Formed in 1941, the Ilford Choral Society is renowned in the local area for its wide repertoire of both classical and modern major choral works. As a society we are proud of our continual commitment to raising not only the level of performance in concerts, but also to maintaining our membership through rigorous but enjoyable rehearsals and other organised society activities, which bind our choir together through friendship and the love of singing. Ilford Choral Society celebrated its 65th Anniversary in 2007.
